A BOOMERANG Bracket is a Spring Loaded Auto-Return System, with a Torsion Spring and an Adjustable compression spring-enabled Detent, that allows the bracket to “Break-A-Way” as soon as it’s been in contact with another object while the vehicle is moving, then returns to it’s original position after the contact.
